| Kiwis at Emu Bottom |

I did a talk for recently for a group of Kiwis in Melbourne. They were a great audience and were with me all the way through my presentation.
After the talk they invited me and my wife Christine to join them for dinner at the historic Emu Bottom Homestead in Sunbury. If you ever get the chance to visit this place, you should go. There were 4 bus loads of Kiwis, so around 200 people there and boy did they put on a great show. They had these real Aussie characters to entertain everyone, with whip cracking, boomerang throwing, sheep dog demos and even a game of two up.
There were lots of laughs all round and then it was topped off with a beautiful spit roast meal that was served in the original shearing shed that was built in 1835.Christine and I were both really impressed with how well trained the staff were. They gave great service and were willing to give everyone a smile. You could see that they really enjoyed working there.
